All your documents are delivered in PDF format via email. No paper copies are sent.

If Vert Val carries out your work, the execution file is included and no fees are due.
If you choose another contractor, we prepare an execution file that allows for price comparison. Our fees: a launch fee of €120 excluding VAT, then a percentage in brackets on the quote you select.

- From €1,000 to €10,000: 7 %
- From €10,000 to €30,000: 5 %
- From €30,000 to €50,000: 4 %
- From €50,000 to €100,000: 3 %
- Beyond €100,000: on request
Example: for €30,000 of work, the execution file costs €1,870 excluding VAT. The lower the selected price, the less you pay. Site management, optional: a fee of €360 excluding VAT, then 5 % up to €10,000, 4 % from €10,000 to €30,000, 3.5 % from €30,000 to €50,000 and 2.5 % from €50,000 to €100,000, calculated only on the part of the work not carried out by Vert Val.
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
These are three levels of detail, for three different uses. The preliminary project defines the vision of your garden: organisation of areas, volumes, materials, plants. If Vert Val carries out your work, it is sufficient in the vast majority of cases. The execution file (specifications and measurements) allows any contractor to estimate your project on a comparable basis: it is essential if you are calling on other companies. The technical plans (planting, irrigation, lighting, drainage, tiling...) detail a specific aspect: they are only necessary for technical projects and are prepared on quotation.
You have three options, with no obligation. Vert Val carries out your work: the execution file is included, with no additional fees. You choose your contractor: we prepare an execution file (specifications, measurements), provide you with at least one price, and you compare freely. Or you plant yourself with our list of plants, with a day of on-site coaching if you wish.
Yes. This is even the principle of our method. We prepare an execution file that allows any contractor to estimate your project. You compare prices, and you choose.
A launch fee of €120 excluding VAT, then a percentage in brackets on the quote you choose, according to our published scale above. Example: for €30,000 of work, the execution file costs €1,870 excluding VAT. The lower the chosen price, the less you pay.
Because the execution file is then directly useful to our teams. Only the launch fee of 120 € excluding VAT remains due: it covers the opening of the file. It is also our way of acknowledging our preference: we enjoy creating the gardens we design, but we prefer that you choose it with full knowledge.
We always provide you with at least one price: that of Vert Val, or that of a partner contractor for the work that Vert Val does not carry out. You are never alone when it comes to the file.
The preliminary project does not commit you to anything for the future. However, an ordered execution file is due, even if the work is not carried out: its fees are then calculated based on the lowest price that has been provided to you.
You sign and pay each contractor directly. Vert Val only invoices its management fees, calculated on the portion of the work it does not carry out itself. We coordinate the site to reduce risks, but each contractor remains responsible for the quality of their work.
No, it is an independent mission. However, if Vert Val carries out your work, the execution file is included, and you benefit from our wholesale prices on plants and materials.
Generally, count on 5 to 6 weeks after the start, with a first draft shared within 3 to 4 weeks, followed by an iteration meeting. This timeframe may vary depending on the periods: during peak season, holidays, or when several important projects start at the same time, it may extend by a few weeks. We always confirm the actual timeframe before starting, and we do our utmost to remain responsive.
Yes — that is precisely the purpose of the video call. If the scope needs to be adjusted, we will adapt the quote before starting.
Any request outside the scope is subject to a prior quote, with a budget established in advance. Nothing is charged without your written agreement.
