Wooded residential gardens — The municipality is one of the most wooded in Brussels. The reflex: to work with the existing trees, which immediately give maturity to a garden, rather than starting from scratch.
Remarkable trees: the status is checked — Woluwe-Saint-Lambert counts hundreds of remarkable trees. Before any significant felling or pruning, the status and any necessary permit are checked. It's better to know this before drawing.

The Lindekemale mill
One of the oldest water mills in the Brussels Region: written records date back to 1129. Situated at the confluence of the Woluwe and Struykbeek, it's the kind of place you pass by without seeing — and which deserves a stop.
The Hof-ter-Musschen
